Always cold....
I'm sitting here wearing a fairly heavy hoodie. I agree with the post about the Vitamin D deficienty. My doc has prescribed an increase in my dosage because that's the only thing that's a bit low from my latest blood work.
As to the hoodie, thanks to the guy who pointed out the "end of season" sale at Dave and Barry's. My wife picked up a few for $9 apiece. I don't mind wearing a Michigan or Miami hoodie even though I'm a Rutgers fan as long as they keep me warm.
By the way, when I'm in the cold room in our house, I use a space heater and often have my winter coat on too.
This topic also just came up (again) on the Texas forum ..
I know I've been so cold as to find myself standing over the electric stove with all 4 burners blazing, to try to get warm .. I can't believe it's just from the loss of weight/fat! (do normal-sized people feel this cold all the time???)
One of the reply posts pointed out that coldness can be related to a low iron level, so you might want to check your levels on that, if you haven't lately ..
