Stall Info/Help
Hey Guys I am almost 5 months post op. I was at 340 now I am down to 207. For the past 3 weeks the scale has stayed at 207 (sometime moves up to 209). One thing I have changed in the past 3 weeks is my excersie. I am in 18 week training for a marathon. So I used to run about 8 miles a week and now I run about 16 plus. Could my weight loss have stalled because of muscle gain? Or could it be another reason. The only reason it makes me made is cause I am so close to being under 200 I want to get there. Plus I made a goal of a new pair of running shoes once I am under 200 so I would like those also. Any ideas on how to break the stall or when it will break itself? This ever happen to you guys?
how tall are you?

Isn't WLS a great tool? You've gone from 340 down to 207 in only 5 months. Great job!
Stalls are part of the process. Keep eating right, and keep up your running and it will happen on it's own. Don't get discouraged. It's normal for your weight to fluctuate slightly on a daily basis. And yes, we've all experienced stalls along the way.
Keep up the great work!!
