Last weekend i took my 4 yr old twin daughters to Red Robin for lunch. I didn't eat but they did. THey love that place. Spongebob was on TV and they got balloons. It was fun. On the way out Olivia said I gotta go to the bathroom. SO we all went. Since I've been eating so light lately dieting and so much fiber, I dropped 2 or 3 little tootsie rolls in the tank. My dauther Olivia steps up and grunts and drops a extra-large sized 3 musketeers bar in the tank. I guess Im no longer a man when my 4 yr old daughter can make a **** 5 times larger then I can!

My family and I went to Red Robins last Sunday to celebrate my 23 year old Downs Syndrome daugther's birthday. She just loves the place also and they really do up birthdays right. Great burgers, fries and atmosphere. Free burger for the birthday girl as well. What a deal! Now down to the topic of post-WLS dumps.  This will sound weird but I think the quality of our dumps are a great indication of how well our body is functioning. Good, solid daily dumps with a medium brown tint mean all is well. Mushy or off-color dumps mean I've not eaten as well as I should have or I'm coming down with something. Never fails.  By the way, since WLS my best friend has become the plunger since I still plug up the toilet 9 out of 10 times. Boner

Remember the old adage: If they float, TOO MUCH FAT IN YOUR DIET! If they sink, YOU ARE DOING GOOD!
