When you don’t feel like going to the gym or pool today. JUST DO IT When your at 2,8 miles on the treadmill and don’t think you can make it to 3 miles. JUST DO IT When your pushing that last rep on your last set and you don’t think you can make it. JUST DO IT
Now the opposite
When you feel full and there is still food on your plate and you are thinking about finishing it anyway. JUST “DON’T” DO IT When your in line in a store and you thinking maybe that candy bar wont make me dump, and it’s calling your name. JUST “DON’T” DO IT When your thinking even a small snack wont hurt me. JUST “DON’T” DO IT
