Actually, not even half. I got on the scale today for my "Official Weekly Weigh In" and there it was......219!!!!! My all time heaviest was 441.  That means a total weight loss of 222 and I did it 2 weeks shy of my one year surgiversary! I am pretty excited and frankly, amazed.  I really didn't think it would happen this fast. Thanks to all of you for your encouragement and support along the way. I'll get some new pics up soon.

Way to go Danny, what a awesome accomplishment in such a short time. How many times did you get on and off the scale to make sure you were seeing what you were seeing. I know I did that about 4 or 5 times, and still didn’t quite believe it. Congratulations I raise my glass of chocolate protein drink in honor of your success. Alan

Congrats, Danny! I can relate. I started out at 652. I am now 282. That's a loss of 370 lbs - more than half of my original body weight. I had my surgeries in spring / summer of 2006 - so it's been about 18 months. It's an amazing thing, isn't it?

Danny, Great news, …Way to use that tool. I had a similar experience as well, two week before my anniversary. I though it would never be possible, let alone be done in a year. The only risk you are facing now is becoming a clothes horse because of all your new options in stores and styles that did not accommodate the old you. Congratulations, Herb
