I'll add it here, but I'm going solo again, too. In a nutshell: Starting weight:  441 Current weight:  219 Total loss: 222 I have now lost MORE than half my body weight in just under one year!

Highest Pre-Surgical Weight for 2007, 10/17/2007 -- 451 Date of Surgery Weight 12/20/2007 -- 414 Discharge Weight 12/22/07 -- 431 Todays Weight 01/20/2008 -- 384 GROSS WEIGHT LOSS TOTAL SINCE OCTOBER -- 66 lbs GROSS WEIGHT LOSS SINCE DISCHARGE --  46 lbs NET WEIGHT LOSS SINCE DISCHARGE -- 30 lbs OK, I know everyone is different, but is 30 lbs in a month since surgery good?  I think it's OK, but was hoping for more.   This being said, I know I'll get more exercise when spring comes, it's just too hard to get out there in the snow, ice, and cold some times.  Wish I lived somewhere warmer. 349 highest weight 317 DOS 222 last week (and the 3 weeks prior) 219 today 2 more pounds to go to century club after surgery 5 months post op

No loss last week...but still A HAPPY CAMPER!!!!! Biggest weight : 404 WLS day : 387 Last Week : 209 This Week : 209 Loss last Week : 0 Total Lost so far : 195 lbs.... WooHoo! Jim
