Hey Guys,
It's been a while since I posted, computer took a dump. I've had a computer at my fingertips so long that I forgot what's it is like not to have one. I'm good to go now. I got me a new Dell laptop. I absolutely love it.
My weight continues to drop, though still very slowly. My lowest weight has been 217, this morning it's 220.
See ya round!

Hello All,
I've been stalled for a couple of weeks and am tired of being so close to breaking into the high 190s (which will be a 33 year low!), so this week will be a serious, plateau-bustin' effort. I'm determined to be out of the 200s by sometime in Feb.
Congrats and good luck, guys. This weekly weigh-in post is always encouraging. It tells me what's possible, reminds me that this is a way of life and that we're all making progress.
Have a great week.

Morning DX and all the guys,
Thanks to everyone for their support last week when I was having a problem and kept losing...down to my lowest weight again of 148, after losing 11 pounds in 3 days. Had an Endoscopy on Tuesday to discover it was entirely my fault. Saturday night I had pizza and didn't chew one of the meat toppings well enough. It had gotten into my pouch and got stuck (I have the Fobi pouch). No matter how many times I puked, it didn't matter. I couldn't eat or drink for several days. Boy, did tha****er ever taste good Tuesday night. I've gained about 6 pounds back and am at my normal desired weight.
Weight at surgery: 292
Lowest weight (again on Tuesday) 148
Current weight 154
Even though I don't visit the Locker Room like I used to, I still value your friendship and support.
Floyd
highest weight prior to surgery 375
first visit with surgeon 359
day of surgery 324
this week 164
I had been bouncing around 165 to 167, this week I went down to 164 and have stayed there for the last couple of days. I have lost 160 since surgery, 195 since first visit with surgeron and 211 from my highest weight.
