Help, My Ass hurts

I have had a sore ass, as well. I will try the lunges to build up muscle. Also, I have recently began to experience what was discussed on this forum a few months ago: the boys get wet when I sit on the toilet. I guess this is probably caused by same thing - a lack of padding in the butt. Joe

Thank guys,  All good sugestions,  I guess the best thing is to bring it up with my doc to make sure it isnt a cyst or something.  I delt with that about 7 years ago.  When you develope from a fetus all your organs are start out in the middle then your thyroid travels up to where it is supposed to be.  In my case it left parts behing the become a cyst.  They went in and removed the thyral glosal duct and cyst witch requires they remove the middle section of your hyoid bone it sits under the base of your tounge going from side to side.  You never realize how much you use your neck muscles unitil they have cut thru them and stitched you up like that.   I started walking a hour a day this week and will keep that up.   I am definitly wearing more sweaters and thicker socks these days. 

Yep, been there also!! My ass(or whatever passes for my ass-after dropping 200 lbs) is about froze-they're talking about 40 below windchills tonight. I'm looking forward to 90 degrees and humid- I can handle heat a lot better than cold. Stay Well and Stay Warm everyone!! Woody

Very informative posting. I learn so much here. A couple weeks ago I was sitting on the edge of my seat at work and my chair came out from under me. Landed on my tail bone hard and discovered that my lack of butt padding left me in major pain. Saw stars and didn't get up for a full five minutes. Hurt like hell for a couple of weeks. I feel your pain.
