My to do list as when i am more able after weight loss Golf - used to play quite a bit   @ 380 lbs swing is terrible  want to get back to shooting in the low 80's. Jet-Ski  have one that has been setting for a few years now  need to get it cleaned up and ready  Nascar Driving Experiance   - too big now to fit in the car Scuba - want to get certified and dive in the caribean  Run a 10K     Walk parts of the appalachian trail

All of that sounds fun to me. I hope you get it all done. Derrick

Welllll let me see . I have been a scuba diver since 1979 so that's been done !  I was in the 101 first airborn ( army ) and have jumped out of airplanes . I ride a bike now mountain and road .LOVE TO RIDE  .   The sea kayak thing sounds like a lot of fun , Might try that some day .   The sex thing sounds like somthing Id like to try , but here again I have been married for over twenty five years . That may have to go on the back burner for a while .    I have thought about a new tatoo also . I think I would like to get my two daughters names and DOB in some sort of scroll type of thing I dont know yet .    I told the wife about my thoughts and she said WHAT ABOUT ME AND MY NAME . i had to tell ( YOUR NAME IS GAY !!!!! ) I dont think so .  Nick

I saw Sylvester Stallone on a talk show this week and he got his wife's face tattooed on his upper arm as a present for her.  He told her that way he can always see her face wherever he is in the world.

some of the things id like to do 1. become a law enforcement officer 2.last year i took all 12 of my niece and nephews to a theme park my wife had to push me in a wheel chair and i couldn't go on rides with them they were cool about things but i know they wished i could do more with them so going to a theme park with all of them and hitting every ride we can is right up there 3.  anything out doors my wife love nature and so do i hiking,swimming,biking,horse back riding etc 4. start thinking more about having children 5.finish getting my black belt in akido 6. ride motorcycle to laconia  and daytona bike week well alot of stuff i guess ive had a bit of time to think of these things

When I was heavy one thing that stands out a a very embericing moment was six flags in CA. There ride Batman......Or as I call it NO FAT MAN! We waited in the line for the very front and of course when we got up there I didnt fit. I just felt like everyone was watching me. My kids were there ahhhh!It was one of the events that really led me to consider wls when I found it was an option for me. I cant barley get my wife to go out side....We live in rural Oregon near thousands of hiking trails and well.... she is more of an indoor girl as she puts it.....lol Good luck with everything Derrick
