Friday Morning Coffee Talk

Good morning my wonderful Bama family.  I pray you all slept good last night.  Anyone wanna dance with me? IT IS FRIDAY!   Our challenge for today is to just have a good day.  Make today good.  It doesn't matter what is going on in your life, just make today good.  Try not to focus on the issues that could try to make it bad.  Think of the good things!  It's going to be a GREAT Friday! So, what cha sipping on?  Me?  I'm enjoying some 1/2 caff Maxwell House.  Gotta cut back on the caffine today. It's pretty good.  Ya'll enjoy your day!  Torey, Allison, and I are running away for the day.  Not even sure where we are going, but we are going anyway.  I love to do this with them from time to time.   Very seldom will I, but I will, check one of them out or let one (or both) stay out of school and have a day of one on one or family day.  I think we need it today as this is 2 years that their mom, my wife, Joie passed away. 

Hey Randall! Good morning to ya!  It's so cool that you will invest such great family time with your kids!  Kudos! It's hard to believe it's been 2 years already.  I know what a long road it has been since then and I commend you again on the love of life that you continue to show here on the board.  You have been amazing through all of this. I'm finishing up an extra shift on the ambulance this morning so I am GULPING on some good old Station House blend and loving every drop of it.  I get to go home in 18 minutes and spend some quality time with my own family this weekend before heading out to be gone for another two weeks. Today is a good day!

Randall, I have not been here in the Locker Room that long but you are one of the people I admire the most.  I did not know about your wife passing away and I know it must be hard for you and your family.  You are a strong man and you and your family deserve a day to yourself.  Enjoy your time together and know that my prayers and thoughts are with you.
