Consitency of losing week-to-week
This is more of an observation than a question or complaint. But I find it odd how the body "decides" to burn off fat cells.
Two weeks ago, I lost 1.8 pounds over the previous week according to my scale. (Three weeks ago I lost 1.9, so I've been pretty consistent) Today, my scale tells me I have lost 3.7 pounds in the last week.
I am not complaining about the loss, but I find it puzzling. My calories and exercise have been the same the last 3 weeks. I keep a detailed log of all my food and exercise so I don't have to guess about this. In fact, I acutally missed a work out yesterday due to laziness - I put off walking until it got so late I had to skip it (naughty me.)
I'm sure water fluctuations are part of this, as I find it hard to believe my body is suddenly burning twice the calories over the previous week.
Anyone else notice this phenomenon?
Also, how dare my body take me all the way to 200.3 without dropping me into onederland!!
I just hope this is real fat loss and I can lose another 2 pounds this week, to be in onederland next week. It would suck to learn I lost 2 pounds of water, and gain that back this week, so that next week I'm the same weight as today. But yea, I know even if that happens it's no big deal, I know I'll get there in 2 weeks no matter what. But so close!!!

200.3 lbs
That's like ending up with a 69.4 average in a math class and the pinche professor won't round it up for you. Stick to your guns, podnah, it'll come.
The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.
