Dudes what should I do?  I feel like I got a bunch of crap sittin' inside my bowels, just waitin' for release.  Then, I sit down, and rabbit turds! I'm messed up, yo.  Help me, please!

I think, it might be comfortable to get cleaned out and start from scratch...try some MOM...then make sure you are uping your fluids.... russ

Milk of Magnesia (or however you spell it) huh?  I'll pick some up!  Is it one of those things where I should plan on spending X hours after I take it on the throne?  What kind of dose do you think? Thanks!

It comes with a med cup on the cap.....just depends on you...you may wanna do a 1/2 dose and see if that helps.....oh make sure you shake it well...it settles hard in the bottom of the bottle.... Soem people take it at night, and say it works in the morning...some people take it at night, and are up all night.... If your job permits...take it in the AM, that way you don't disturb your sleep......up your fluids...it works on drawing fluids into your colon to make you go.... go get 'em Russ

MOM works well. I also use a product called Colace. It's OTC and you can find it at WalMart or HEB in Texas. Colace helps your Stool stay soft. I went through a bout this fall that was horrible.Good Luck

You can also try more water, more fiber and Colace.  Safe and effective, like the effects of MOM.
