It's a common misconception that it's easy to "bulk up" just by doing some exercise. It's actually hard, even for men. To build muscle mass you have to lift heavy weights. If you're just doing resistance against your own body (aerobics, calisthenics, etc. ) you are not going to bulk up, no matter how many jumping jacks you do.
For women, it's even harder. The only way a woman can bulk up is by either being one of the few genetically "gifted" women to produce higher than average levels of testosterone, or by taking steroids.
So have at it, go "balls out" as it were. All you will do is burn fat and tone your existing muscles, which is what you want any way.
