New Record!!
In my attempt to lighten the mood of the board I thought I would share,
Tonight I had the biggest poop in my 40 years. This thing was at least 12 inches with a good diameter.
It is strange but after my surgery my food intake is way,way down but my discharge is the same if not more.
I thought I would share this incredible event here in the locker room. I tried to share with my wife and my three year year old son but they failed to show the proper amount of enthusiasm for my super human
feat.

I was asking the same thing!
I'd assume, from his description, it was atleast 7.0-7.5 Courics. Perhaps 7.75-8.0.
The European Fecal Standards & Measurements Board in Zürich which is the standard governing body of of excrement standards and practices says that, "one Katie Couric is about two and a half pounds of excrement."
Post-op I don't think I have come close to 20 pounds yet. I can maybe crank out a single Couric and maybe on an especially gifted day 1.25 Courics. Never 7 though. That would be quite an accomplishment!

Hell, I crank out 5.75-6.50 Couric ones all the time! I just did a few days ago.
Congratulations. As a manly Man I can appreciate the accomplishment.
I'll say I've had a few whoppers myself recently. Shortly after my surgery, when I was doing all liquids, I was a little negligent on keeping up with my fiber supplements, so when I finally had to poop, I was so impacted I thought I would never get that thing out.
As it is now, I go about every other day, so mine are quite a site to behold as well.
