3 months out..so far...so good

hi y'all..It has been a while since I posted. It si now 12 weeks today...57 pounds gone...12 before and the rest after. I think I am doing ok..but really thought more would be gone by now..who knows.. I hav edone great with most things..have NOT walked enough.though.  But I need help. Most of what I eat does NOT go down well. Chili, mashed sweet potatoes, beans....great..Chichen salad, EGGS,,,no wway....Sometimes I am sure it is my eating ..to big of a peice, etc..but mostly..things are not feeling good in my pouch as earlier. Any suggestions. I must add..that I recently got a MAGIC BULLET to make my protein shake..awesome little thingy. I t makes the smoothie a bit more smoothie like texture, than my bblender. Magic Bullet is the BEST! I hear people all the time that don't like protein shakes, but I do them with a little ice and soy milk in the Magic Bullet and they are great as far as I am concerned. As for the weight, as long as it keeps coming off you are doing good. Really try to get out and walk more if you can. Get that metabolism started and it will burn off faster. Also be sure to take small bites, chew the hell out of it and take your time. I am only about 5 weeks out, but I have had pretty good luck eating anything as long as I take it slow and chew really well.
