The Sunday Weekly Weigh-In
Greetings Men:
It has been awhile since I posted here - been busy with work and family, but I'm here today. I am below goal! I hit goal around the first of November and have been hovering around 167 for the last few weeks.
The past few weeks I have been struggling though...It seems I have been craving bigger portions and more carbs. Shunning carbs has been my number one weapon in making this tool work so well, and when I eat them now, my digestive tract and apetite react negatively. I feel like it is time to refocus on the basics - eating high-protein meals at the right intervals, and obeying the 30 minute before and after eating no-drinking rule...I don't feel great and I know getting back into an exercise routine is probably going to be needed. I had abandoned my treadmil about two or three months ago because all the bouncing skin was uncomfortable, but today I will go out and look for some better support garments to try to eliminate that as an excuse, if that doesn't work, I will buy a bike.
