DOWN 225 POUNDS, AND 200 MORE TO GO!!!!!

What an amazing story you have there so far. My top weight was 457 lbs and I was scared as hell too! I now weigh 188 lbs and feel just great! Can't wait to get you approved and see your transformation!

Hey Gus, I thank you so much for your comments, u are so amazing.  You have lost so much weight, i cant even try to imagine me weighing anything close to 200.  I think i should be at close to 275, but i know that with the surgery, i will lose much more than that.   You know the thing that scares me the most is the loose skin that i will have, can you share if you can, what you went through.  I already have some loose skin, and i cant imagine how much i will have when i get down to 250 or so.  It is very scary for me to even think about.  Thanks again for ur comments, and ur kind words, i look forward to hearing from you again.  Joshua

Good Luck, you've done great so far. When you have the surgery and if you apply yourself you won't believe your eyes within the first year. Again good luck read as much as you can!!
