Got approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While driving home last night I got the call of my life. I was approved. I will be having gastric bypass on the 28 of december. That is great so i will be home on x mas with my lovley wife and 2 years old son. DX E I know you have posted this before but can you post once again the things that are good to bring to the hospital thanks guys  scotty
