Whats that smell?? Big stinky FART!!!!

Well, they told me I'd lose fast the first few weeks... but wow...    Two weeks ago, morning of surgery I weighed in at 643... granted I knew some was fluid...  as a week earlier I weighed 633. My wife has been telling me I looked skinnier....(who me?).. and she was predicting 599.. well, I made it!  Just barely.. LOL.. 599.9.. but dang, I haven't seen a 5 in over 4 years!  44 pounds from day of surgery, 57 from all time high of 656! FART FART FART FART FART!!!!!  (ahem.. yes I took a pic.. LOL.. just to prove it was real to myself! Never thought I'd be so happy to be a 599 pound man! Dale

Way to go.  Stick with the plan and you'll be under 450 or maybe even 400 by next Christmas.  Don't go overboard on new clothes this Christmas, you're gonna fly through sizes so fast for the next few months you'll have a hard time getting any wear out of them.
