Hey Guys,
Back in July when I deceided to have WLS I weighed 338 lbs and decided to set some personal goals that I wanted to achieve by Christmas. The following is the list of goals:
1. Participate in the 3 Mile Fun Run/Walk on Thanksgiving. Due to an artificial knee I am not allowed to run or jog but walking does not cause any problems. Two of my best friends at work along with my youngest son walked with me this year. (Goal Completed)
2. Wear a size 40 jean (down from a 48). (Sunday, I wore a pair of 40's that I have had hanging in my closet for over 10 years) (Goal Completed)
3. I wanted to be in the 250's. I have really been worried about this one since I have been hanging around 265 for the past several weeks. I hadn't weighed myself in over a week due to becoming obsessed with the 250 range. This morning when I went in to take a shower I figured I would step on the scales just to see where I was at. I couldn't belive my eyes - I was at 258. Today just happens to be my birthday also so this was the best birthday present I could get.

I just wanted to share this with others that can appreciate my feelings.
