I'm home

Greetings Men! I am home after a smooth hospital stay and surgery.  So far everything is great.  Some pain but manageable (I had an open procedure).  The pouch sure lets you know when something is ok and when it's not!  I was only in the hospital 2 days...and glad to get home, though I've got nothing but kudos for St Vincent's Hospital and Dr. John Huse and his team. I got all your messages of support before going in and that really helped me keep my head above water. I'd write more, but leaning over the keyboard isn't feeling good right now. I'm glad I have a seat on the looser's bench!

Welcome back!  Great to hear that all went well.  As everyone says walk, walk, walk, sip, sip, sip.  Every day gets better and the FARTs will amaze. Take care, Brian 

Yeah.... You must GET UP and WALK...walk, walk and walk some more. Inbetween walking you need to make sure you sip, sip, sip, sip and don't forget your Vit's and Protein... Get ready for the ride of your life!!!
