Itchy Skin
Hey Guys! Been a while since I asked for some advice. I have now lost 117.6# and have started having a lot of droopy folds of skin. On the inside of these folds, my skin itches like crazy. What, if anything, short of PS can I do for this. Before someone suggests compressions shirts, I cannot stand constrictive clothing. I have tried Cortaid, and it works for a short period of time (About an hour, or so) but it comes right back with a vengence. I have thought about taking soak bath's in Epson Salt, but am unsure if that will help. I know many of you have already been here, and done this, so I am looking for your words of wisdom!

You're getting a skin fungus like jock itch or athlete's foot. The best thing I've found is an over the counter cream called Lotrimin. Get some now and you may want to get a few tubes if they go on sale. Directions on the tube are straightforward. I've had folds in my skin for years do to severe excessive weight.

Hey guy,
Since marrying my pharmacist, she turned me on to an over the counter product that I use religiously for itchy skin, poison ivy, etc. It's called 'Itch X', your pharmacy will probably have to order it and have it on hand for you, but it works dude.
Also, I have a tendency to have raw skin under my belly fold and a pa friend turned me on to having the sight cleaned and dry (I normally use baby wipes) and then a healthy dose of Desenex (the athlete foot powder) within a week the raw is gone!
Best of Luck. BobM.
