OT- Do You Love Your Husband? (Re-Post)

Paul, just a curious question. Are you a divorce attorney?

  Nope ..  family law would be way too stressful for me  ..   My respect to the "matrimonial morticians", though  --  they have to put up with SO much sometimes ..   Maybe it's the "horror stories" I've heard from them that has made me so hesitant to jump into the  whole love and marriage scene of today (although the love stories in response to my post are helping assuage those fears!)

paul, you come up with greatest posts, questions, comments and replies! another 20 plus year guy here. except we never got married! we're on the leasing program. i can only speak for me but i couldn't do this without her. she keeps me straight and narrow when i get sick too. i had complications and felt like throwing in the towel several times but she helped get through. sometimes this journey seems like nothing but pain, meds, supps, doctor appointments, blood tests all mulitplied in my case (like some others in here).

my guess is if your marriage is strong going in it will come out ok. now if you lose weight, start thinking you're a stud and don't share all your new energy and lust for life as a skinny guy with your women, well, you don't deserve her then. having said that, i don't recall any of the guys on this board doing that though. i think most guys here are thoughtful, did their homework, came to this site and knew before going in this is an issue. just like you're raising it now. if a guy wants to lose weight and feel like a stud great. if you're married and want to prowl with that new bod, it's your business not mine. but then i ask, why be married? do i even make sense? carbonblob
