paul,
as much as you would think I would have an opinion on this I don't...
I have tried many brands, and never looked at the name...I do find that I like the moving handle bars better than the stationary bars...
then incline is nice too, but I could live without it....The $$$ do flow better, I got on one at Costco the other day, and it was too gitchy for me...
now that could just be in the setup...it might be worth the $ to have a warrenty....
let us know what you got....
Russ
I don't have one but I went to Consumer Reports and looked to see how they rated them. They said best overall was a Precor EFX 5.19 and it runs $2400.00, their Best Buy was a Schwinn 418 and they say it runs $1000.00. If you go to Amazon you can find the Schwinn for around $700.00. Hope this helps. pan head

Hi Paul - I purchased a Tunturi recumbent bike a few years ago. It is a mid-range bike intended for heavy use. Some of Tunturi's equipment is close to health club quality equipment. Mine has lasted without any degradation in it's performance over 4 years now. I Googled them and see that they make Eliptical trainers and other equipment. I can recommend the brand - you might want to check them out.
