219! 219! 219!

Actually, 218.4 this morning.  I’ve still got a ways to go to reach my body fat goal, but 219 was a big intermediate goal for me.  I've been in the 220s several times over the years, but for some reason that's always been the bounce point. I was probably under 220 early in high school, but maybe not; I was already at my current height at 14, and chubby. So we may be going all the way back to junior high to get to the last time I was under 220. And that doesn't really count, since I was shorter then.

So today is great because:

1. I have reached a point that I have never seen in my adult life.

2. For the first time in my adult life (and probably ever), I am no longer obese.

3. Every loss after this is uncharted territory.

4. As a bonus, this morning I’m wearing 36 pants for the first time I can ever remember.

5. Y’all have helped me get there.

Well done! These milestones are pretty powerful, aren't they? And the best part, I think, is the added gratitude and appreciation and satisfaction. Congrats on being in a great place.

Congratulations! I'm especially looking forward to 198 myself. I haven't been under 199 in about 6 years. I have hit 199 twice during this time by regular dieting, but stayed there for about a day each time. I'm hoping this time will be different.

Congratulations! A little tip I got from Dave Becker back when I had just hit that size myself... --don't wait for the "complete drop" into size 34's.. GAP has some size 35 Jeans that are "Goldee-locks- Just-Right!" When you start getting used to the 36's, but not quite ready for the  Magic 34's. Keep it Up!! Best Wishes- Dx
