Glad I did it!
I was very tired this morning when I got up. I did NOT want to go to the gym this morning! Last week I tried to return to my normal workout weights and schedule after getting back to work after the kidney surgery and I nearly died! I could hardly move for days! I lowered the weight this morning by about 10% and did the rest of the workout the same. I now feel GREAT! I was watching myself in the mirror while using the free weights and I saw something I don't think I had ever saw before, DEFINED muscles! Yep there they were, clear as day, moving under my loose skin! TOO COOL!!

You're the blacksmith. Those folks are supposed to be gnarly!
Now, you haven't stopped wearing shirts under those overalls, have you? (Sounds like something I'd do. But I'd dress like Eddie Van Halen, if they'd let me!)
Congrats,
Dave
