funny (but not humerous) thing though .. at our local support group meeting our lovable leader presented a list of several things to do/avoid to minimize regains (this was directed to RNYers, though) .. and I admit I was violating most of them. A few of them from meemory include: (1) no grazing (I only do on weekends when home, I don't eat so much when working during the week though - I would think that makes up for it!) (2) no drinking liquids until 30 mins after meals (is that really applicable to DS or LAP-banders, though?) (3) no sodas (I stir the carbonation out of mine though, usually) (4) add aerobic exercise (I do push carts around a lot at stores though, lately and walk far lengths in the parking lots) .. (5) avoid carbs (no way in he** in my case, sadly) .. I can't remember the other 5 or 6 ..

I hit a new low this week. I almost sh*t when I seen 220 on the scale. Actually, I wish I would've sh*t, because then I would have weighed less than 220. Hey, I'll take it however I can get it.
