Oh that metric system...

Wow, was I excited when I stepped on the scale this morning at the hotel I am staying at in Bangalore, India.   I have some how magically cut my weight almost in half of what I weighed at home last week, the scale read 104.   WooHoo I though my belt was feeling a little loose. The even put some encouraging message on the scale too..KG, which I suppose stands for Keep Going. Herb

So, 104 times 2.2 = 229 (rounded, the figure, not you...oh, you know what I mean!)

Thanks,  Yes the food is good, and if you spice the chicken up enough, then even the 4 oz peices are too much to eat in one seating. Its sort of a flaming tongue diet I invented.
