Monday Coffee Talk

Good Monday morning everyone!  Time to rise and shine.  It's going to be the BEST Monday you've ever had.  Right?!? Our challenge for today is to have joy.  Why walk around sad all the time?  Why walk around with a frown?  You can walk around with joy and be happy.  Sure bad things happen.  Sure bad times come.  But if you will smile in the bad times just as well in the good times, you'll see life in an entirely different light.  Things won't get you down as easy.  So today, be a person of joy!  Spread a little joy to thse around you.  You'll make a difference in you and those around you. So, who's up?  What cha sipping on?  Me?  I am enjoying some awesome Dunkin' Donuts coffee and it is so good.   Ya'll have a WONDERFUL Monday and be FULL of JOY!

As a manager for Dunkin Donuts, I was wondering if you were ever going to get to "our" coffee. LOL! I thought I was going to have to send you some to put in your mix/rotation. Enjoy that coffee, have a great day! Bob

MANAGER OF DUNKIN DONUTS!!??  WOW!  LOL DD has quickly become my FAVORITE coffee!!  I LOVE IT!  We don't have a DD around here.  None in Alabama that "I" know of anyway.  Wal-Mart has JUST NOW started carrying it and I bought some.  Man!  I envy you.  LOL  Have a great evening and thanks for the offer.

Today I was feeling kind of down. I now have all but 1 pre-op test scheduled and tuesday afternoon I have my psyche evaluation. I am realizing that I am putting behind me something that has controlled me for years-FOOD. It is like loosing an old friend and I almost felt like greiving. I think its good I'm saying my goodbyes now, that way I can look to the future with JOY.
