Sunday Weekly Weigh In
Hi Guys!
It looks like Dx is not here today. So I'll start the weigh in.
I gained 1 lbs.this week, which I attribute to Thanksgiving. My wife made apple pie with Splenda. And, I had some sugar-free ice cream made with Splenda. In addition, I consumed all of the normal Thanksgiving specialities, along with a couple of glasses of wine. I still managed to get my regular exercise though.
Overall, I'm down 142 since surgery, and down 161 from my highest weight!
375/215/214 (1 lbs. below goal)
Hi all! Thanksgiving went well except for a little dumping episode. I didn't think and ate a piece of sweet potato cassarole. Didn't realize until it was already in my mouth how much sugar it had. Other than that , all went well.
Highest - 363
Date of Surgery - 346 (5/21/07)
Last week - 219
Today - 215.5
Loss for week - 3.5 lb down
Total loss from DOS - 130.5

I had two Thanksgiving feasts this week and paid the price for them. I'm trying to get back to the straight and narrow road.

Surgery weight (March 20, 2006): 300

Jim, Thanks for getting it started again.
I’m still on the road and in technical rehearsals and lost track of the day.
Last 5 days I’ve been in at 7:30am and after a day in the dark theater
I’m out by 12:30 the following morning…
All day every day with no sense of when it’s light or dark outside,
Even with the break (day off for Thanksgiving)
It gives that same disconnect from reality….
I have no idea if my weight is up or down by a pound or two,
But clothes still fit the same as always….
Hope all is going well for you!
Best Wishes-
Dx
