Another FART
Frist HAPPY LATE THANKSGIVING to all you losers!!! Hope everyone had a relaxing and enjoyable time with everyone.
Today I had my first excersie FART. As many of you know I am living and working right now in Antarctica so thats a FART within itself but today me and one of my roommates (yea I got 3 roomies total. Talk about college style) decided we are going to go for a hike. We hiked was is called the CASTLE ROCK LOOP which in total distance covers 9.2 miles. Keep in mind I am hiking with a 20 pds survival bag and we are walking on snow and ice and rock all mixed together.
The best part is that I not only completed it but I did it in 5 hrs and 10 mins!!!...That might seem slow but this trail elevation goes up probably 1000 feet in the first 1/2 mile and than keep climbing to about 2000 over the course of the first 3 miles and than drops you down to sea level and then brings up back up to about 800 feet to finish (the last 1.5 miles was almost all up hill) I feel great. Although my back hurts from the pack and my legs are sore and I am tired as hell I feel awesome.
If I did this once a week do you think this would cover my workout? Keep in mind that I also do cargo for a job here so I load and unload and move cargo all over.
Just wanted to share my holiday far with everyone...Hope you all enjoy it!!!
Congratulations on your Amazing Journey!
Could you have imagined any of this possible a year ago?
Keep the Updates Coming!
And Keep up your awesome progress!
Best Wishes-
