Hey all, I have not posted for some time, but wanted to post an update. I am three days shy of being four months post op and have lost 108 lbs!!!! I can not believe how much better I feel and my new found energy. I have went from a 56 waist to a 44 and from 4 and 5 x shrirts to a 2x. It is amazing that those things that were once cumbersome to do are now a breeze. I feel great and life is good! A big thank you to all the guys out here who have been such a tremendous support and mentors. Blessings, John
