270 down and counting. Trying to reach that third century. Hopefully sometime this spring. It's still dwindling.

I lost 200 in my first year (Mid October).  I am down 210 to date, with 50 to go to reach my goal.

To be perfectly honest 375 was not my highest weight. That is what I weighed when I decided to persue WLS. I weighed my self at work and that day I weighed 375. Prior to that I had got on the scales and seen 388 or  some thing in that neighborhood. I really don't have any idea what it really was. There was something about reaching 400 or being so close to it that I could not or would not accept. I now bounce around 175, up or down three pounds or so. My first visit to the surgeons office I weighed 359, my weight just before surgery was 324. I had to do a six month pre surgery diet for my ins. co. So I have lost at least 200 from my highest and around 150 since surgery. I count from my highest because that is where I started this journey and have worked from that point to get here. At 11 months I am happy where I'm at. I don't know if normal  BMI "165" wil be possible without having some sagging skin removed. Who wants to be normal any way? pan head

186 here....but I'm attempting to become "half the man I used to be" -- which would be 404 / 2 = 202...so a double century guy is my own goal! oh, I think that Tim is down at least 200+ too..... Jim
