9 days out and first FART
First a little background.
I work at the State Penitentiary. I wear black BDU's to work.
About 7 or 8 months ago I asked for new BDU's. They got me some, I could get them on, but they were so tight if I had sat down wearing them the top button would have popped off and shot across the room putting someones eye out.
About a week before surgery I tried them on. They fit much better, they were still very snug, but I could actually sit in them. ( I was down about 30 lbs. at this point.)
Just went in to try them on, because I need to hem them since I am hoping to go back to work on Tuesday. THEY FIT. I mean they actually comfortably fit with some breathing room. And this is only 9 days out.
THAT Gentlemen, is a very satisfying FART!!
I would tell them to get you a smaller size every month for the next several months, you will probably need them. I know how great it is to be to get into smaller and smaller sizes, I have gone from a 10XLdown to a 3XL. So enjoy the feeling there are many more to come for you. Great job

Way to go WG!!!
The first of many to come! Do you have "regulation" BDUs to wear or is it just black BDUs of your choice? i am a paramedic and have several pair of black 5.11 Tacticals that I am getting rid of. They may not fit now, but soon my brother, soon. If you could use them I'll send 'em your way. Not too many people find them "fashionable" for other use but they are great work pants.
Message me and let me know.
