I never throw-up! Does that mean..........
I've never thrown up either. There are some times I didn't feel very well after eating too fast and filling up more than I should have (just reminded me to slow down next time). I also have nevr dumped. Of course I haven't "cheated" with any kind of sugary snacks. I also check labels of everything.

I'm guessing that means you're doing well!
Barfing is a sure sign that we screwed up OR that we have taken a trip on the learning curve and found something we should avoid either temporarily or permanently.
Consider yourself fortunate and keep on keeping on. You are about 5 months out so congrats on the success!

Thanks for posting this. I am the exact same way. I'm actually paranoid that I'm eating too much -- I have 3 meals and a snack and follow all the rules (no liquids w/food; mostly protein; etc.), but now I am actually finishing meals, which is honestly kind of scaring me. I've lost about 95 pounds, but am in a stall and am really honestly scared that I'm eating too much. It's kinda driving me crazy.
Used to 3-5 times a week first 3 months post-op, but almost never after that. It probably has to do with how sensitive you are to "squeezing things into" your pouch. If I feel any pressure at all, I stop eating. I don't dump very easily, but since going on low carb has caused me to get sweats and extreme sleepiness if I over do starch or sugar. Not having carbs can make you dump more easily on carbs.

I don't know if I'm overeating or not, but my weight loss has slowed to about 2 pounds per week lately. I'm not too worried about it although I wi****'d hurry up and get below 200lbs. I'm at 203 this morning and I'm 5'11" . Very close to goal so that's why the slowness in losing I assume. I think my food choices could improve along with my water intake and exercise. Other than that, I'm happy when I got on the scale this morning because I felt like I haven't lost anything the last week or two.
