Holy cow Danny.  60 oz before lunch?  do you not work?  I barely get 64 oz all day. I think living life is more important than spending all day figuring out my diet and water intake, I just live and do what I can.  I cant possibly have a drink with me all day and sip all day.  It just doesnt work like that for me.  I cant believe how you can do that and still actually get things accomplished. Thats my biggest downfall with this surgery, making sure I get all the required liquids and what not.  I just stopped counting until the evening and then I figure out if I need more or not.

Talk about boring.  Every morning for the last four years (except some Saturday's when we go out for breakfast) I have had "oatmud".  It takes 2 minutes to make and keeps me regulated.  Oatmud consists of 1 package of instant oatmeal with a 1/2 cup of lite soymilk (nuked).  Then add in 2 tablespoons of flax seed meal, 1 tablespoon of cinammon, 1/3 cup of pumpkin seed granola, 1 scoop of Unjury protein powder, and 1 package of Splenda.   About 1 hour later I drink a 24-oz Pink Grapefruit Crystal Light with Vessence (Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM) and a scoop of MiraLax, and a 24-oz bottle of ice cold water. This keeps me energized for the  morning (even with 0 caffiene). Rob

some of you guys amaze me with your dedication to what you eat.  I am impressed, and kind of shocked too.  I barely have time to tie my shoes, with work and my home life. I cant possibly have time to do this type of thing. Amazing.  I barely can even get in one protein shake a day..

I'm not as dedicated as you all are. It's hard to believe that some of you were super-obese at one time the way you eat now. (unless you're not telling the whole story)   I eat when I'm hungry..... period!!! I'm not usually hungry in the morning so I do up as much coffee as I want.  When I get hungry I will often grab a bowl of cheerios and skim milk. And I will sprinkle a trace of sugar on it.. yes, real sugar!!  It doesn't bother me in light doses.. and I hate fake sweetners.

Mine is varied depending on if I’m at home Or on the road. This morning? 3 eggs over easy and a couple of strips of fried Pastrami, a bite of a potato Latke with sour cream. Usually at home, it’s- Special K “Plus Protein” Cereal (that’s some good stuff) Mixed with a low-carb yogurt instead of milk, And about a half a cup of berries of some sort stirred in. At home I also have oatmeal about twice a week, And sometimes just a couple of scrambled eggs with cheese. Very often, it’s leftovers from night before Wrapped into a 2 egg omelet. (1 whole egg, with one extra egg white. Breakfast is pretty much a “must do” for me. Keeps my energy up and running. I do also have a lot of coffee. Best Wishes- Dx

I eat the same thing for breakfast almost every morning.....4 scrambled eggs with cheese, and 1 to 2 slices of toast.  Scott
