Life appears to be turning around

had my consult yesterday it went better than expected, Dr is on board with the VSG and is willing to make the calls and write the letters to get the approval. Got a job offer this morning for a job I really wanted, good money great company. things are finally turning in my favor. 2007 has easily been the roughest year of my life but it looks like it will close out good and be a great 2008. Now we can only get the real estate market to correct back UP before I sell the house.

  (but sounds like you got it backwards ..  you're supposed to lose the old job b/c of weight issues, have the surgery, lose the weight, and THEN get the great new job offer!    &:-D)  )

  btw .. what line of work are you in?

Wireless sales for the last 20 years. Spent the last 3.5 year with my own store but its been a struggle all year. Will be completely out but weeks end. a few more customer to take care of and its done.  Though the new job is in the same field I will now be a rep, getting the salespeople to sell our line over he others. great benefits, salary and very stable company. All the people I have interviewed with have been top notch HUMANS. Almost makes me want to move to the state they are in.
