Stall - Help
Hey Guys,
It looks like I have hit a stall - I've been holding at 271 to 273 for a week. I'm still not eating a whole lot and I'm just looking for some guidance on how to get losing again. I'm two months out and have lost 66 lbs so far. I guess I'm afraid that I won't continue to lose. Any thoughts ???
Stalls happen....
They typically break within 3 weeks.
