Men and PS

Hey, guys, I'm still in the process preapproval for my WLS, but I was just curious as to what plastic surgery you all have gone through and when you did it?  Does working out (both lifting and cardio) reduce the possiblity of needing PS done or make PS any easier?  I know I am probably jumping the gun, but just curious.   Thanks!

Hello my southern brother... you didn;t give us much to work wth info wise.... but maybe this will help.. I lost 210#, i'm 5'6" at about 20 months out, I had LBL, then a touch up of the mons, and then the thighs.... all was necessary.... I hit the cardio, to lose te weight...hard...and now do amixture of cardio and lifting... give us more info and maybe we can give a more specific answer... :) Welcome aboard Russ

I'm 6'2" and 355.  I have no doubt that I will probably need a tummy tuck as I carry an overhang now (pannus the correct term?) from my belly and have always had moobs (again correct term? ) since I was a teenager.  My legs are big, but fairly muscular and have toned up there pretty easily when I've lost weight in the past.  Thanks for the info you have already given and thanks for the welcome. David Edit: Oh, and I'm 34--I just looked over Dx's article--wonderful information, can't wait to get more in depth with it

The usual "man" stuff in my case I will likely have:   (1) moobs (2) manmons (3) "bro" overhang and the usual unisexual stuff (LBL, upper arms, inner thighs) as well ..   Russ - your upper body reminds me of Ramon's (BigDawg) ..  you both had LBL, but no arm PS, yet have "big guns" (i.e. biceps/triceps) with no loose skin  ..  how did u achieve that - a lot of dumbells and powerlifting?
