First weigh-in post in nearly a month. I was busy getting ready for an extended vacation (and after that, on said vacation). It has been slower, perhaps partly because travel had me working out less and eating more, perhaps partly just because things had moved so fast the previous couple months so I was due for a stall. Anyway, after a couple small losses and a gain, I seem to be back on track.
Here are my stats 33 weeks post-op:
Highest Weight 375+
Pre-Surgery Weight 350
Last "Weekly Weigh-in" 232.4 (10/14)
Last Week 230.8
This Week 232.4
Week Loss 4.6
Since last WWI 6.2
Total loss so far 149
Loss since surgery 124
Hi Dx and guys,
Stable couple of weeks, bobbling around at 213-214. This makes it about 131-132 loss from 345. May bump up the walking in another week, but babying my knees right now. (See my sep. post).
Good pre-Thanksgiving week to one and all.
