Where can I find information on 5K walk-runs??

One of my goals is to get back into running.  For me it is hard, but I am doing good on the treadmill.  Did a 5K+ with no problems. there (walked and ran).  Can some of you let me know where the best websites are for finding 5K runs in my area.  Posting links would be great too.  I really would love to do a 1/2 marathon but we must start with baby steps...Brian

You should be able to find them at active.com, or just by googling "5k races in your area".  In Delaware we have a site races2run.com.   There are a lot of them out there. Rob
