Thursday Coffee Talk
Good Thursday morning my wonderful Family! Time to get up and get at 'em. Another day is here and we are going to have a GREAT day!
Our challenge today is to talk. Talk? Yes! Something we all do everyday and (some of us more than others), something we take for granted can very well help us. If you have something you are keeping to yourself, or something you have bottled up inside of you, it will help you if you will talk to someone. Talking things out will help you to reason. It will help you emotionally. It will help you mentally. Talking is a great tool that we have to deal with things. If you have teens and children in your lives, please encourage them to talk to you. I encourage both my teens to tell me anything and everything. Let's talk today. The kind of talking that helps!
