Half the man I use to be
Well as of today I am half the man I use to be, it is not often a person can say that and it is a good thing. This morning I weighed 272 pounds and that is 272 pounds lost since my surgery date. I never in my wildest dreams ever would of thought that in just 9 days short of 1 year from my surgery date I could of lost this much weight this fast. Back when my doctor told me he could see me getting down to 250 pounds I thought he was crazy. Well as time went on I thought that yes maybe in time I could reach that goal, and now I am sure of it, as a matter of fact I am thinking about resetting my goal. I first thought about resetting it at 200 pounds (with the help of my skin removal surgery) but I am going to shoot for 199 pounds so I can reach my ultimate goal of dropping below the 200 pound mark. But even if I don’t reach that goal I am so happy that I have done what I have so far. Even if I don’t lose another pound I will be happy, because not only have I lost weight, I have regained my life back again I am in the best physical condition I have been in since my high school days.
