anyway, enough about that i just wanted to welcome you back. for you new guys, this here is a real legend.....lol. you know, dave from japan took up your mantel as the exercise guru. now that you're back you can post those great free weight programs you have. as for me i still lift and i run about 3 miles daily for cardio. so i've gotten pretty fit in the past couple years. due to the low fat and cardio i got pretty ripped too. so no complaints here.....lol

Holy **** Carbon…You got some serious guns. You are the poster boy for WLS. It looks like your lifting program is working just fine. Thanks for sharing about the pain killers. To me it’s all the same stuff. Addictions of choice could be food, alcohol or pain killers. I am going back to my exercise addiction… where no one gets hurt. I am staring back up again... but I never really quit, I just lifted once or twice a week… and left out the cardio. Now, I am going to get back in my 5-6 day lift/cardio/yoga routine. I am going to be the poster boy again. Good Luck
