Thanks Dx, Yep, I fell in the sauce....but I climbed out... no worse for the wear.  I gained  some weight with 12 pack a day habit.... but I know what it takes to be successful...and I am committed to getting there again. When I came back here, I felt like Norm walking into Cheers. It was a good feeling.....like I never left.

Let me catch you up kinda slow...Boner has officially traded addictions....imagine this....instead of eating...he is bike riding..he know every peice of gravel in the the Rockies by now....a  70 mile weekend is nothing...... Blob, as some nasty azz stomach problems, that just may kill him...really... we got a bunch of new guys....that know all about you...what can I say....a legend....by any other name.... I've had some plastics since January....not fun...i'm done...any further flab on me, we have decided to think of as cute.... you lifting any??? Dave in Japan has totally lost his mind....he has gone to the dark side...HITT I think that's it....(he is enjoyng being fit sooooo much) OK...that's for starters.... russ

Boner, I remember when you got that name. You & I & Larry ( aka Wad) were kidding about taking on male porn star screen names. I wanted to be called Peter North...but that name never stuck. But you and Wad kept your manly names.  Some day I will be called the Peter North of WLS.
