added to grilled chicken for "Peanut Chicken"
It's good stuff. Of course, a little goes a Looooooooong way and it can gum up the works in excess so be careful, but enjoy a little comfort from childhood and eat it up!

Hey tcalfo, greetings from the "right" coast. I eat it almost everyday, I also make sugar/flour free PB cookies, let me know if you want the recipe. I use Simply Jif, lower in sugar than regular. I used to eat the low carb Peter Pan, before it was yanked off the shelf. That was made with Splenda and tasted great, They've got regular Peter Pan back on the shelves here, but havent seen the low carb yet. Good luck and eat up.
