It Does Get Easier/Different, Each Week!
Yes, using the scales can make some crazy,
(Slower loss is Still Loss!)
-But-
Keeping track and forcing myself to "Watch It!"
Has been the "What works for me," for maintaining my loss.
I’ll eat, but know that I need to exercise a little bit more
If the numbers climb just a little.
That way,
I only make "Little" adjustments to my weekly routine.
If the "Scales Make You Discouraged?"
Then STAY OFF of Them!
But for those who Are weighing in-

Capricious; Impulsive, Semi-Predictable
I still am in of an adjustment but I have had another health problem that has prevented an adjustment (Hopefully early in December I can get an adjustment) at this time so I have just had to keep working off of resolve and willpower. My wife and I have been hitting the gym, or working out locally (walks, golf, etc…) so that has helped tremendously. With that all being said, here are my results for last week.
