I need to loose 50lbs fast!!!!

Bro, April 2, I weighed 346, April 27, weighed 313. Protein Shake Breakfast, Lunch, then a small meal at dinner. Walked 3 miles a day in about 45 min.You can do it!

Is it possible?  Maybe, almost, if barely.  I lost about 35 pounds the month after surgery, eating almost nothing and walking every day.  I suppose extreme exercise could have gotten that up near 50. But why do you "need" to do it?  Trying to get down to your high-school playing weight in time for homecoming?  Wedding?  Thanksgiving with the inlaws? I just worry that whatever you do to lose weight that fast isn't sustainable, and could leave you voraciously hungry with a reduced metabolism afterwards.

Liquids that you can see through at room temperature (about 78-72 degrees Fahrenheit are considered clear liquids. This includes clear juices, broths, hard candy, ices and gelatin. The table below will help you with your choices.

What I did was eat, rather drink, nothing but liquids and protien shakes. I drank 10 oz of Mootopia milk (high protein) with 2.5 soops of protien (approx 75 grams incl the milk). I drank this 3 times a day. I also drank lots if water. It was hard at first, but became ok. I lost 25lbs in a week!!
