Troy update

Hi guys, Troy's wife here.  Troy wanted me to let y'all know that his surgery went very well.  He had a bit of a rough night last night.  He was throwing up, or really more dry heaving, and that made him hurt a good bit.  Once they got the nausea and the pain under control he felt a lot better. They did his barium swallow study this morning and he got the cath out (he was complaining about that from the moment he woke up yesterday).  When I left the hospital he was having his 2nd ounce of water today.  He was ready to have some liquid to wet his whistle. I will let Troy fill you all in on the rest of the details when he comes home (hopefully tomorrow evening).  Thank you all for your support, thoughts and prayers.  It has meant the world to Troy and me. Thanks for the update Ms.Troy! Hope you have him home soon. Be prepared… He’ll be feeling terrible for a few weeks, And if like many, He’ll be a moody grouchy cuss. Hang in there…. It’ll pass! Here’s to having your (smaller) guy around For many more healthy years to come! Best Wishes- Dx
