Hey guys....I finally have gone back to work...I have to drive around a lot from job site to job site and never know if I will have acess to a microwave. I would like to avoid the temptation of making bad choices when relying on conveniance stores and fast food for my meals...so my question is what do you guys who work "out in the field" pack for meals?

Wendy's Chili and Wendy's Southwest Taco Salad.  Both are very good.  Also I keep nuts with me all the time; peanuts, walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds (all plain or dry roasted).  You can make your protein shake and take it with you.  Some people put protein powder in their coffee.  Also keep a protein bar close by.  Consider taking a small cooler chest with your.  Brian
